Suptask is a ClearFeed alternative that is built for Slack, and the ticket work is done in Slack itself, with table views, card views, and custom filters. AI Assistants, SLA management, and single sign-on are all included from $38 per agent, so a separate AI add-on per seat is not needed. The data is hosted in the EU, in Ireland. Plans start from $15 per agent per month on annual billing, and there is no agent minimum you have to meet.
ClearFeed pricing comes in two models. The agent-based helpdesk plans are listed at $24 and $49 per agent per month, and each of those covers 1 to 15 agents, so a bigger team has to go for a custom plan. Usage pricing starts at $40 a month, and the bill on that model follows the higher of the channels or the ticket requests, with the channels counted at the month’s peak. AI is charged on top of this. On Starter, the AI agents need the AI Pack, which starts at $20 a month for 100 credits, and the extra credits are $2 per 10. Suptask’s plans work differently, the pricing is per agent only, and the AI is included from $38.
Yes, all three of them are there. Teams can build multiple AI Assistants in Suptask, and these answer from the knowledge documents connected to them. The assistants also perform agentic actions. Approvals are run inside Slack, and they can be ad hoc, automated, or made dynamic inside an AI workflow. For the automation part, the rules can be set up in the normal rule-based way, or the automation can be run from a prompt through an AI Assistant.
The hosting is on AWS in the US, in the us-east-1 region. EU data residency is listed on ClearFeed’s security page as coming soon, so it is not available at the moment. Suptask hosts the data in the EU, in Ireland. ClearFeed’s security page also lists SOC 2 Type II and GDPR.
Microsoft Teams channels are supported by ClearFeed on its Professional plan, and Discord and Telegram are on that plan too. Suptask is built only for Slack, and there is no Microsoft Teams version of it. For a company that runs its conversations in Teams, ClearFeed is the one that fits.
A move like this can be done one team at a time. The first step is setting up an Inbox in Suptask with the forms for that team, and then the requests for that team start coming into Suptask. The other teams can be moved after that, once the first one is running properly. Book a demo and we will help to plan the move with you.
